Your data never touches anyone else’s
Every client gets their own dedicated, fully isolated server. There are no shared databases and no shared systems between clients. Your operational data flows into a database instance owned entirely by your business — another client’s environment cannot see, touch, or interact with yours in any way.
Your credentials are handled with real care
When you send us access to your systems during setup, they travel through a single-use, encrypted link built specifically for that purpose — never plain email, never stored anywhere in plain text.
Your servers are actively hardened and monitored
Every client server runs with automated intrusion protection (blocking repeated unauthorised access attempts), a locked-down firewall (only the connections that need to reach it, can), and key-only server access with password login disabled entirely. These aren’t defaults we assume are fine — we actively verify them.
Your data is never used to train AI, ever
Every AI process we run goes through Anthropic’s standard commercial API under a zero-data-retention policy. Your information is never used to train any model, and it’s never reviewed by a human.
Your data is never sold or shared
We don’t sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party, for any reason. It exists to run your systems for you — nothing else.
