Why we built this
We kept seeing the same thing. Good solar and trades businesses with quality work, solid reputation, and genuine demand, losing jobs to competitors not because they were worse, but because they were slower. A lead comes in at 7pm on a Friday. The good operator doesn't see it until Monday. The fast-moving competitor responds in ten minutes and books the job.
That gap isn't a people problem. It's a systems problem. And it's entirely fixable.
