“Work less, earn more.”

Right. You’ve heard that one before.

Probably from someone trying to sell you sh*t leads.

Here’s what we actually mean.

You are not short of work.

You’ve got enquiries coming in.

You’ve got quotes sitting out there.

Right now there’s more money in front of you than you’ll invoice this month.

You just can’t see it.

Your pipeline is a whiteboard.

Or a spreadsheet.

Or five apps that don’t talk to each other.

Leads land in an inbox and nobody gets told.

Quotes go out and then sit there.

Not rejected. Not lost. Just quiet.

And everything still runs through you.

So the business moves as fast as you do.

And stops the week you go away.

If the business can’t function without you, you don’t own a business.

You own a job.

None of that is a marketing problem.

And you’ve already tried to fix it.

Maybe you hired the admin. The jobs still went missing.

Maybe you bought another tool. Now the same job lives in four places.

Maybe you spent a few grand a month on ads. You still couldn’t tell what came back.

Every one of those was a reasonable thing to do.

None of them fixed it, because none of them were the problem.

More leads don’t help when you can’t see the ones you’ve already got.

Nothing in your business is watching money walk out the door.

You already knew that. That’s why you’re still reading.

And it’s not just costing you money.

It’s costing you Sundays.

Until that changes, you’ll keep working more to earn the same.

And you’ll keep pouring fuel into something that’s leaking.

So that’s where we’d start.

  • Whether you’re actually short of leads — or short of the system to handle the ones you already have.
  • Which job types actually make you money, and which ones you’re quietly taking at a loss.
  • Which jobs in your week are worth automating, and which ones aren’t worth touching.
  • Exactly how many admin hours you’re paying for that a system should be doing instead.
  • Where work goes quiet between quote sent and job booked — and what that gap costs you.
  • Why spending more on marketing right now could make things worse.

The result

“Having those systems in place means we can operate whenever we want, without needing a separate admin person in the background. It frees the team up to focus on higher-leverage work.”

Built for growth

Everyone wants to sell you more leads. We’d rather show you the ones you’re losing.

There’s no shortage of software promising to sort your business out. Most of it is a dashboard you stop opening after three weeks. This one goes off when a job stops moving, runs on the tools you already have, and never puts a number on screen it can’t back up. It’s exclusive to our clients, and it isn’t for sale.

We will recover at least $10,000 from your pipeline in the first month or else you don’t pay

This is for solar and electrical businesses already turning work away. You don’t have a lead problem, you have a tracking problem — and it’s costing you jobs you have already won. So we fix the system before we touch the advertising: every job, quote and follow-up in one place, on the tools you already use, with two strategy calls inside the month. If we haven’t recovered at least $10,000 of work from your pipeline in your first month, you don’t pay us. You still make the calls; we tell you which ones. And we measure against your accounts, not our dashboard.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got straight answers.

What does it cost?

Nothing to start. We build the whole thing on your real data and you run it for thirty days before a cent changes hands. No deposit, no card on file, no contract to sign.

If it does nothing for you, you have lost nothing and we have lost a month. That is the deal, and we made it that way on purpose — we would rather carry the risk than ask you to. One thing we will say up front rather than spring on you later: the free build is the system itself. Training your admin team on it is separate, and it is paid.

Can you actually guarantee results?

Yes, and we put our fee on the line for it: at least $10,000 recovered from your pipeline in your first month, or you don’t pay us.

A guarantee is only worth anything if the people making it believe the thing works. That is why ours comes before you have paid us, not after. If we are wrong, the month costs you nothing and costs us everything — which is exactly the incentive you want us to have.

Can you just send me a proposal first?

No, and that is in your interest more than ours. A scope document is a stranger’s guess about your business in a PDF. You would read it, nod, and file it somewhere.

Thirty days running on your own jobs tells you the one thing a proposal never can — whether it works on your customers, your quotes, your mess. That is worth ten scope docs, and it costs you roughly what reading one would.

I’ve paid an agency before and got nothing out of it.

Two out of every three owners we speak to say a version of that. You are not being difficult, you are being normal, and honestly it is the whole reason we work the way we do.

Here is the difference you can check rather than take on faith: every number on your screen traces back to a real job in your own system, and if we cannot back a figure up it does not go on the screen at all. You will not be waiting until month six to find out either. You will know inside the first thirty days, which is precisely why those thirty days are free.

We don’t need better systems, we need more people.

Then let’s do both, because we can. We run recruitment alongside the systems work and we are partnered with a recruitment agency, so finding you hands is not a referral to someone else — it is part of what we do.

The reason we still start with the system is that it tells us what to hire for. Right now you are guessing at how many people you need. Thirty days in you will know which jobs are worth taking, which ones are quietly eating your margin, and exactly what a new hire has to bill to pay for themselves. Then we go and find them.

What happens to my customers’ data?

It stays yours. We read from the tools you already run, your account is walled off from every other client, and nothing is pooled, sold, or used to train anything public.

If your business partner wants more than our word on it, say so and we will send the full security write-up so you can put it in front of them yourself.

I need to run this past my partner or my accountant.

Good — get them on the call. We would rather answer them ourselves than have you defend our answers second-hand.

Tell us what they would need to see in order to say yes, and we will bring exactly that. If they still say no afterwards, that is a real no, and we would all rather have it now than in six weeks.

What is it actually costing you?
